Difference between a psychologist, psychiatrist and psychotherapist

This article I wrote it. And I thought to clarify any doubts.

Psychologist: 3 + 2 years of university specialization! Can not prescribe medication.
Psychotherapist: Bachelor's degree in psychology + 4 more years! Can not prescribe medication.
Psychiatrist: Degree in medicine + specialization! May prescribe medication.

Scale of importance psychiatrist is above psychotherapist, psychologist psychotherapist is over.
In terms of "responsibility" you give an example:
If one is depressed, you can go to a psychologist, it is very depressed, the psychologist must send the psychotherapist, if it is terribly depressed (suicidal), then the therapist should send him to a psychiatrist (because in that case you also need drug therapy) .
