Hello!
I would like to explain in a few words to understand that when one falls into depression.
Well, when you lose interest in themselves and to the outside. When you feel tired and unmotivated without doing anything. When you do not derive more pleasure even in that with which we console and usually costisce an outlet, such as eating sweets, or listen to music or watch a movie ...
In a word, is depressed loses the will to live, who does not see a future.

Here, in these cases should be re-explore themselves and find ourselves where we got lost. Rediscover our identity. Rediscover who we are and especially what we are worth! Need to PROVE ourselves how much power we have!


WHAT TO DO?

Dialogue with others!
This helps us a lot. Because who listens to you in the cold, unable to have a much broader view of your condition. Also have those around us, listen to us and support us, it makes us feel valued and feel valued is the most powerful of all the therapies that help against depression.
Only then can we go up the wall from which we fell.
So talk, talk, talk! No matter nor with whom (friends, family, psychologist, foreign) nor as (via forum or through a diary), it only matters that you speak!
