Hi I need help please

Sometimes I get mad and very sad for no reason and sometimes I want to be sad I put on sad music and start crying I start crying cause theres lots of things not right like... my best firends mom is cheating on her husband, my dad is annoying my mom and my mom bursts yelling at everyone. I'm 16 and my mom yells at me and hits me, which is totally fine... my parents dont trust me for a mis understanding that my mom thought and she went running she told my dad then my dad stopped trusting me and my sister, now we cant go out they totally dont trust us my dad doesnt care bt us my cousins all hate my family; my mom takes my secrets and tells everyone my mom cares bout herself and only like when she is in a fight with my dad she goes and makes up a story or lets my dad think that me and my sis are sluts so she can get closer to him and i have a hopeless crush actually its not hopeless but i say its hopeless cause i dont want myself imaging things that will never happen

Stay STRONG! and please don't make your mommy hit u. defend yourself (and your sis).
